Holy Mother of God is the parish church of Pasd, or P‘asd, also known as Ipasd [Oymapınar]. It is located at 38° 05’ N and 42° 29’ East, to the south of the monastery of the Holy Mother of God of Hzar (n° 26) and the village of Sori [Süre], on the far side of a ridge, at the headwaters of a small tributary of the Sbarguerd River [Sürücüler].
This church takes its dedication from a Holy Mother of God monastery in Pasd (Pasdavank‘ ) attested in 1439, which was the seat of a 17th-century episcopal see. Its architecture indicates that it was probably built in the second half of the 17th century, perhaps on the site of the former monastery church.

The church of the Holy Mother of God is a tri-apsidial cross-in-square measuring 14.7 × 11.9 m, with four pillars and a central dome with low domes in the four corners outside the apsidial block. Like nearly all Armenian buildings dedicated to worship, it was confiscated after the Great War. Although somewhat dilapidated in places, it remains standing; after having been used in part as a mosque, it now serves as a barn.
